About Nicola

Nicola rose from an ordinary background to become one of the most recognisable female professional golfers, motivational speakers, and coaches. Having spent many years competing as a professional golfer, Nicola qualified as a PGA Coach and is currently the only black female PGA coach in the UK.  She has developed and manages the most successful women's golf programme in the country and she is an ambassador for The Golf Foundation.

Nicola has stepped forward into a community she was unfamiliar with and was able to manifest great positive change. Nicola provides structured plans for the ultimate performance for teams and leaders. In her seminars and interviews, Nicola often shares insight into her difficult transition to adulthood and the challenges she's faced as the only black female professional golfer in the UK and how finding a new direction in spirituality assisted her with strenuous obstacles and adjusting her thought process to taking on challenges effectively.

Nicola is now following her passion of bringing enlightenment to a wider audience, through keynote speaking, using her unique tactics and delivering skills. She thrives in pressured environments such as relaying an impactful message in front of thousands of individuals, hosting, and live television.

Nicola is very focused on advocating positive change, growth, diversity, and what it means and looks like to have adversity muscles.
